UNGA can be revitalized…” India calls for reformed multilateralism at United Nations

New York, November 15 (ANI): India has reiterated calls for revitalisation of the General Assembly at the United Nations summit in New York on November 14. In a statement at the UN summit, Indian Counsellor Pratik Mathur stressed the need for revitalising the General Assembly's pivotal role. The Indian Counsellor said, the General Assembly should take the lead in setting the global agenda and restoring the centrality of the United Nations in formulating multilateral approaches to resolving transnational issues.
